My services go beyond just advice - I understand and provide practical, hands-on support to help you reduce the mental load, feel nurtured, empowered, and truly cared for.

when you feel challenged by nurture, this is why: You are doing something profound. You are building countless brain cells and receptors in your baby’s brain with your brain.

Special Touches

As a package client, you receive a gift and have access to a small collection of supportive resources and luxe comforts during your visits, all thoughtfully chosen so you feel held.

Antenatal Breastfeeding Education Session - Single Consult

If breastfeeding is important to you - welcome. Many mums report the one thing they wish they learned about more before baby came was… you guessed it!

In many cases, breastfeeding education within the hospital system is minimal - often covering only the absolute basics and leaving out a lot out. We explore knowledge you might not have considered and how to actively protect it in the crucial hours after birth.

You’ll walk away with:

» Increased knowledge, confidence, and clarity around your options and decisions.

» Practical resources and a breastfeeding plan to give to your birth provider (kind of like a birth plan, but for breastfeeding!).

My lactation education is informed by my clinical background & lactation study as well as lived experience - having breastfed my own children including both exclusive breastfeeding and exclusive pumping - so I understand the nuances of what this journey can look like.
